There are two parts to the interviewing process. Part One: an interview with me. Here you will learn the way I work and how I can help you, and I will learn about you, your targets and aspirations. Then we agree on the next steps. Part Two: Interview with the client. This step will differ from role to role and from company to company. As a rule, you will always have at least three interviews: one telephone/video interview; one face-to-face interview (where possible); one final interview. Sometimes, we introduce a practical exercise in the second or last interview.

I will be debriefing you on the role we apply for; I will help you prepare for all stages of the interviews and debrief you following each stage; I will support you through the negotiation steps, as well as help you with the offer stage, the onboarding, and beyond.

Not necessarily. Depending on your geographical flexibility, you will be presented with suitable roles. Should you decide you wish to relocate, advice will be given accordingly. Thus far, I have successfully supported candidates to relocate across the UK, Europe, the US, Australia, Morocco, and Dubai.

Market Access is not a volume job, so you cannot easily predict a time frame.
Once you enter an active recruitment process, the decision will be known to you in approx 30 days from start to finish. For executive roles, the recruitment process can take 3 to 6 months+. If you are not in an active recruitment process, I will inform you of all suitable available roles matching your targets and desires.
